FIELDCRAFT / SERVICE SYSTEM 01–05

A complete training-content system

More than video production.

Fieldcraft manages the full path from critical field knowledge to secure, maintainable training—so your organization gains a working capability, not a folder of finished videos.

THE FIELDCRAFT MODEL

One accountable partner

Five connected services. One durable training system.

Each service can solve a specific need. Together, they create a governed process for capturing expertise, teaching it clearly, protecting access, reaching remote crews and keeping the knowledge current.

01
Technical experts reviewing a wiring diagram and recording troubleshooting knowledge

KNOWLEDGE CAPTURE

Find the expertise worth preserving.

Before a camera rolls, Fieldcraft identifies the field decisions, recurring problems and hard-earned judgment that carry the greatest operational value.

CORE DELIVERABLES
  • Leadership discovery sessions
  • Subject-matter expert interviews
  • Training-gap and topic prioritization
  • Learning objectives and module architecture
  • Technical review planning

The result is a focused content plan built around real work—not a generic training outline.

02

TECHNICAL PRODUCTION

Turn field knowledge into clear instruction.

We plan and produce technical content around the way technicians actually see, diagnose and complete the work—on real equipment and in the right operating context.

CORE DELIVERABLES
  • Technical scripting and storyboarding
  • On-location field production
  • Expert-led demonstrations
  • Editing, motion graphics and annotation
  • Leadership and technical review cycles

Every visual choice serves accuracy, comprehension and confident field application.

03

SECURE TRAINING LIBRARY

Give authorized crews a controlled place to learn.

The Fieldcraft Secure Training Library brings approved modules into a managed environment designed around authenticated viewing, controlled permissions and ongoing oversight.

CORE DELIVERABLES
  • Encrypted cloud hosting and streaming
  • MFA or approved SSO access
  • Named-user and role-based permissions
  • Restricted downloading and sharing
  • Usage reporting, backups and access revocation

Architecture and controls are finalized with your cybersecurity, IT and legal teams. Platform capabilities vary, and no delivery system can prevent every form of unauthorized recording.

04
Rugged managed training devices organized in a protective field transport case

REMOTE ACCESS FLEET

Carry approved training beyond reliable connectivity.

For crews working where cellular or Wi-Fi service is limited, Fieldcraft can provide an optional managed-device program designed for controlled offline viewing.

CORE DELIVERABLES
  • Customer-owned or Fieldcraft rental-fleet models
  • Encrypted offline content access
  • Access expiration and scheduled content refresh
  • Device inventory, tracking and maintenance
  • Loss response and remote lock or wipe where supported

Offline access is optional and subject to client device, cybersecurity and operating approvals. Final controls depend on the selected hardware and management platform.

MANAGED LIBRARY SERVICE

Keep the training system accurate and operational.

Fieldcraft can continue operating the library after launch—maintaining content, publishing approved updates and giving leadership visibility into use.

CORE DELIVERABLES
  • Content organization and controlled publishing
  • Version control and review schedules
  • Platform monitoring and routine maintenance
  • Usage analytics and leadership reporting
  • Content revisions and new-module planning

Your organization retains technical approval and authority over users, permissions and content release. Administrative roles are defined for each engagement.

SECURITY + GOVERNANCE

Controls built around client authority

Protected access is a managed operating model—not a single feature.

Fieldcraft designs the delivery environment with each client's cybersecurity, IT, legal and operational teams. The final architecture, platform and controls are selected only after client review and approval.

01 / AUTHENTICATION

Verified user access

MFA or approved SSO, named accounts and client-approved device requirements help limit viewing to authorized workforce members.

02 / PERMISSIONS

Role-based control

Users receive access according to approved roles, groups, regions or content needs, with a defined process for changes and revocation.

03 / VIEWING CONTROLS

Restricted delivery

Streaming, download restrictions and sharing controls are configured where supported. No platform can prevent every form of unauthorized recording or misuse.

04 / APPROVAL GATES

Client validation first

Security, cloud, device, privacy and compliance requirements remain subject to the client's designated reviewers before launch.

05 / ADMINISTRATION

Authority stays with the client

The client retains authority over users, permissions, technical truth and content release, even when Fieldcraft operates the library.

06 / PUBLISHING

Governed content changes

Approved publishing, version records, review dates and replacement workflows help keep the library current and auditable.

07 / OVERSIGHT

Monitoring and response

Platform monitoring, usage reporting, backups and documented response procedures are aligned to the selected service and client requirements.

08 / REMOTE ACCESS

Managed offline controls

Where approved and supported, fleet devices can use encryption, access expiration, content refresh, inventory tracking and remote lock or wipe.

OPERATING BOUNDARY

Fieldcraft recommends and operates controls within the approved design. The client's authorized leaders retain final approval over architecture, access policy, technical content and release.

CLEAR OWNERSHIP

Built around clear operating roles

Fieldcraft manages the system. Your team retains control.

WAYS TO BEGIN

Start at the right scale

One field problem can become a complete training capability.

Fieldcraft engagements are scoped around the client's priorities, review requirements and operating environment. Begin with a focused need, then add production, delivery and ongoing management when the organization is ready.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before we begin

What leadership teams usually want to know.

What kinds of field knowledge can Fieldcraft capture?

Troubleshooting decisions, equipment procedures, safety-critical workflows, commissioning practices, maintenance standards and the judgment experienced technicians use when conditions do not match the manual.

Do we need finished scripts or training materials first?

No. Fieldcraft can begin with interviews, existing manuals, field notes, procedures and leadership priorities. We organize the source material, identify gaps and develop the script and visual plan for technical review.

Can you film on active oilfield locations?

Yes, when the client and site operator approve the work. Fieldcraft personnel bring relevant field experience and maintain applicable site-readiness credentials. Every production plan remains subject to location-specific orientation, permitting and safety requirements.

Who approves the technical content?

Your designated subject-matter experts and authorized leaders remain the source of technical truth. Fieldcraft manages the review process, tracks revisions and publishes only content approved through the agreed workflow.

How secure is the training library?

The delivery design can include encrypted hosting, authenticated access, role-based permissions, restricted downloading and usage oversight. Final architecture and controls are selected with your cybersecurity, IT and legal teams. No system can prevent every form of unauthorized recording or misuse.

What happens where crews have limited connectivity?

Where approved, the optional Remote Access Fleet can support controlled offline viewing through managed devices, encrypted content, access expiration, inventory tracking and content-refresh procedures. Available controls depend on the selected hardware and management platform.

How long does a pilot take?

The schedule depends on topic complexity, access to experts and equipment, location requirements and the client review cycle. Discovery establishes a realistic production plan, approval gates and target launch date before work begins.

Can we begin with production and add the library later?

Yes. Services can be commissioned individually or phased. Many organizations begin with one high-value pilot, validate the process and then expand into a multi-module program, secure library or managed operating model.
